Our Process

• Inital Meeting: We consult with you to determine what is the best type of business structure to create based on your unique needs: LLC, Partnership, S Corp, etc.
• Filing: We complete the applicable state forms i.e. Articles of Organization or Articles of Incoporation to officially register your business.
• Operating Agreement: We can create an Operating Agreement (LLC, partnership) or Bylaws (corporation) for your company to outline ownership, profit distribution, management structure, etc.
• Registered Agent: We select and set up your RA if needed.
• EIN: We obtain your new federal tax Employer Identification Number (EIN). With this your business is able to open bank accounts, hire employees, and more.
• Business Licenses: We file for any applicable licenses or permits for your new business.
